¡ÈYoshi-chan¡É, a restaurant with lanterns, is located at the end of the Kanda Nishiguchi shopping street, Tokyo. ¡ÈHorumon-yaki¡É means broiled innards such as intestines, stomach, liver, and heart of beef and pork. ¡ÈYoshi-chan¡É buys fresh innards of mainly Japanese beef everyday so even gourmet salary men and female office worker£ó can be greatly satisfied. When you step into the restaurant, you will be given a big plastic bag so you can put jackets and bags inside to avoid them from stinking. A clay charcoal stove which will be used to broil innards will be put on table after ordering. Since the chef is from Italian field, pasta and dessert dishes are enriched as well.
