In Tsukiji market, the Japan¡Çs representing fish market, tuna is the most dealt fish. One third of world¡Çs tuna is said to be consumed by Japanese and this tells us how much Japanese are fond of this fish. Because tuna specialty shop ¡ÈMatakoiya¡É is managed by a marine company in which it is housed, it is one of popular restaurants in Tsukiji for its particularity in using only natural tuna and low price. The style of this restaurant with a red attractive signboard is very casual: first you buy food ticket from vending machine, give it to the staff, and wait for the food to be served. A popular menu ¡ÈTuna Ippon Don (1450 yen)¡É includes not only tuna medium fatty and red flesh but difficult-to-get head meat and muscle around eyes so customers can enjoy the feeling of eating the whole tuna. ¡ÈGoma Tekka Don (850 yen)¡É is rich flavored menu of tune dressed with homemade sesame dressing on vinegar rice. Staffs are very lively and the restaurant is filled with shouting voice. As the name of the restaurant which means ¡Ècome again¡É, it is a restaurant you would want to visit again.
