“FOODEX JAPAN 2008 (The 33rd International Food and Beverage Exhibition)”, one of the largest food exhibition in Asia, will be held in Makuhari Messe(Halls 1-8) from March 11(Tue.) to 14(Fri.), 2008. The Japan Management Association and others organize the exhibition. The number of Exhibitors will be expected to be 2,400 exhibitors/3,400 Booths (FOODEX JAPAN 2007: 2,425 exhibitors /3,479 Booths) and the number of visitors to be 95,000 trade professionals (FOODEX JAPAN 2007: 95,719 visitors). The admission will be 5,000 JPY (including tax). Moreover, “More Vege+” zone will be set up in the exhibition hall proposing “Cuisine environment with vegetables”. The 3 core presentations, “Exhibit”, “Speech” and “Demonstration”, will provide participants the ways for enjoying “vegetables”.
