The restaurant is found in the oasis of Tokyo, Hibiya Park, besides the Imperial Palace. It is popular for its location surrounded by nature and “particularity in vegetable”.
Salad buffet lunch (1200 yen) is recommended. More than 10 kinds of fresh vegetables from contracted farmers are offered. Colorful salads such as “Organic tomato dressed with olive oil”, “Turnip pickled with sanbaizu*”, “Sweet potato dressed with curry sauce”, etc. entertain customers’ eyes. Also, warm dish such as pilaf and French style pot-steamed hotchpotch, soup, bread, dessert, and tea/coffee will be included in the buffet. Furthermore, customers can choose courses that add daily pasta (plus 300 yen), fish dish (plus 600 yen), and meat dish (plus 800 yen).
It is a restaurant where you can heal your body and soul by delicious vegetables and clean air of nature. They do not have reservation service, so arriving at the restaurant right after the open or past 1pm is recommended.
