Due to the increase need in safety of food, more and more restaurants are becoming particular about materials. At ¡ÈMount Fuji¡Çs Vegetable School¡É, customers can enjoy organic vegetables cultivated by farmers all over Japan in a buffet style. A restaurant in Jimbo-cho, Japan¡Çs biggest book town, is popular among a wide range of ages from office workers to the old for the vegetable-abundant 1280 yen lunch. I went to the restaurant right away but the restaurant was already full with women. One can eat about 20 sort of vegetables mainly pumpkins and sweet potatoes, and unpolished rice/cerelas. The dishes are truly good for our bodies since their tastes are weak and less salt is used. Customers relax after the meal with organic coffee. Why won¡Çt you try tasting our healthy meal after the bookstore tour?
